Over the course of the program, you will receive:
- One (1) comprehensive physical therapy examination
- Three (3) 90-minute educational and exercise sessions in a small-group setting
- Three (3) 60-minute one-on-one physical therapy treatments with a licensed physical therapist
- A workbook containing all of the invaluable information that will be covered over the course of the program
- Email support from a licensed physical therapist between sessions
